This exercise was created spontaneously as a cultivation tool to connect within your body-mind-spirit to honor the “just be”. The goal is to eliminate any self-critique or judgment and be able to receive yourself where you are now. The recording will guide you through this process in an ASMR-style approach.
To prepare, find a comfortable and quiet place to relax in your body (i.e. comfy chair, bed, bathtub, or mat on the ground) and have some water handy to hydrate yourself post-exercise.
Optional suggestion to have a journal, recording device, or shadow workbook for integration of your observations post-exercise.
